Customers can order online from your website or app, with click and collect, order at the table by QR code, a self-service kiosk for takeaway or dine-in, delivery, and catering. It all runs through one system.
Does Appropo work with my POS?
Yes. Appropo integrates with Wizbang OneTap, so online orders print and ring up alongside your in-store sales. You can also receive orders by email or the live order dashboard.
Can customers order and pay ahead of time?
Yes. Customers prepay when they order and can schedule orders in advance, up to seven days depending on your settings. They can save their card for faster checkout next time, which reduces queues and front-counter workload.
Can I take catering or large group orders?
Yes. You can build a catering menu with rules like minimum order value and minimum preparation time, and we email you a next-day summary with every order and a combined list of items and quantities.
Can I offer delivery without hiring my own drivers?
Yes. You can deliver orders yourself or use third-party drivers through DoorDash Drive, added to your own app and website. The customer pays a delivery fee based on distance, with no extra charges beyond your usual ordering fees.
