Pickup

Order for pickup, when a customer places an order for pickup, we’ll send it through, and provide the customer with a pickup ETA.

The ETA is calculated using store schedule wait time and the cook and prepare time for each item in the order.

Note: there’s no extra time added when many online orders are placed, you’ll need to use the wait time to approximate this and in rare situation use the dashboard controls to temporarily increase wait time.
