Customers can send feedback and support requests via the App, Website and our support email listed on the Apple AppStore and Google PlayStore.

Feedback is sent via email to all admins, unless a feedback email is set under /admin/feedback

We’ll calculate a review score with a Wilson Interval with 95% Confidence This is a useful metric for your store and with customer comments you can identify, resolve and improve this.
