Similar to the pickup checkout, this is a web only checkout, intended for large orders that may need 24 hours to be prepared.

Features:

• Separate Menu (Optional)
• Separate payment rules
• Minimum spend
• Minimum prepare time (in hours)
  • For example a 12 hour min will be available for pickup
• A nightly catering summary email, a run sheet for the next days catering orders
