Field Reference
Each section has a Save button to apply changes. Ensure you click “Save” after making updates to avoid losing data.
Basic Section
This section configures the fundamental details of the voucher.
- Name
- The name of the voucher (e.g., “Example”). This name will be displayed in checkout and communications.
- Live Toggle
- Enables or disables the voucher for public availability. If unchecked, the voucher is not visible to customers.
- Title
- A concise description of the product, used at checkout and in emails.
- Predefined Amounts
- A comma-separated list of predefined voucher values available for purchase. Use “CUSTOM” to allow customers to enter their own amount.
- Expire in X Months
- Sets the voucher’s expiry period (in months). Note: By law, expiry must be at least 36 months.
- Bonus %
- An optional field to add a bonus percentage to the voucher’s value. Leave blank if not applicable.
- Checkout Copy
- A rich text editor where you can describe the voucher and its purpose. This description is visible to customers during checkout.
- Voucher Email Footer
- A customizable text that appears in the email containing the voucher. You can include links and additional details.
Pickup Section
This section enables physical pickup options for the voucher.
- Enable
- Activates the pickup feature for vouchers.
- Pickup Fee
- Specifies any fee charged for voucher pickup. Enter “0.00” for free pickup.
- Pickup Location
- A text field to inform customers where they can pick up their vouchers.
- Pickup Timeframe
- Indicates the estimated time for the voucher to be ready for pickup (e.g., “Next Day”).
Delivery Section
This section configures physical delivery options for vouchers.
- Enable
- Activates the delivery feature for vouchers.
- Delivery Fee
- Specifies the fee for delivery. Enter “0.00” for free delivery.
- Delivery Timeframe
- Indicates the estimated delivery time (e.g., “2-3 Business Days”).
This section configures customer support and redirection settings.
- Support Email
- The email address customers can use for inquiries or support.
- Back Button URL
- The URL to which customers are redirected if they navigate back during the checkout process.
- After Purchase URL
- The URL to which customers are redirected after completing their purchase.
- Email Daily Digest
- A checkbox to enable or disable daily email summaries of voucher activity.
