Connect your UberEats Marketplace store to your POS. Manage your menu from one place and sync it to multiple storefronts.

Setup

  1. Add a Door Dash checkout to your store.
  2. Click “Connect to POS”.
  3. Authorize Appropo to access your UberEats account (you may need to sign in).
  4. Select the UberEats store to connect from the list.
  5. Choose the menu to sync and save your selection.

Menu Updates

Changes to the menu structure — for example, adding or removing items, changing prices or marking items in or out of stock — will trigger an automatic sync with UberEats.

Opening Hour Changes

Changes to store opening hours or holiday hours will trigger an automatic sync with UberEats.

Delay / Sleep

When busy, use the storefront controls to temporarily increase wait time or to disable ordering.

Orders

Orders will be automatically accepted if they meet the following criteria:

  • Items are in stock
  • The order is placed within store hours
  • The POS is contactable (i.e. not offline)

Orders appear on the Recent Orders page in Storefront.
