Customers can send feedback and support requests via the App, Website and our support email listed on the Apple AppStore and Google PlayStore.
Feedback is sent via email to all admins, unless a feedback email is set under /admin/feedback
The fast way to find a customer is to use the search box. Search will find a customer based on first or last name, email or loyalty card number.
Once you find a customer you can click the Reset Password button, and they will be sent an email with instructions on how to set a new password.
